Orphan/needy support program works directly with communities to ensure our education programs are relevant to their needs.
- SAP Department will accept application form of orphan and needy students whenever they get admission and he will be given certain number.
- After verification and random check, these applications are entered in the database, and their provisional forms are prepared.
- GET provides the donor a provisional form having bio-data of the student at demand.
- After receiving the lower part/Counter part of this provisional form from the donor, GET will send a letter confirming his/her adoption.
- Student adoption is based on first come first serve basis. If a student is already adopted by someone else, a replacement of the student is sent to the donor with details, preferably same school, age, and gender.
- If the student leaves Ghazali School for any reason, the donor is notified and replacement is provided with detailed information for the remaining adoption duration.
- GET will send progress report of the adopted child to the donor every year before July 31.
- Donors are requested to send donations to cover next year expenditure before May 31.
- If a student is not re-adopted till August 31 after that dates, SAP may allocate the student to some other donor.
- Donors, or any of his/her representative may contact the orphan directly, but it is recommended to use GET platform.
- Every orphan child should be adopted for two years at least.
