Land Acquisition & Construction

LAND ACQUISITION & CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT (LACD) is an important department of Ghazali Education Trust who provides a reasonable shelter and roof to the students getting admission in Ghazali Schools so that they get their education in pleasant environment. LACD has a target to complete five buildings in a year. LACD is responsible to plan, design, and construct buildings. Initially Ghazali schools are opened in rented buildings, which can not fulfill our requirements after two or three years. Our dream school campus comprises ideal size class room, spacious play ground, and well-ventilated building.

We plan for a school building during its third working year, keeping in view the student strength, quality of teaching and local cooperation. LACD looks upon the building’s needs of the growing schools.

Mechanism

• Only those schools would be selected which already entitled ‘A’ grade in academics and management.
  
• Anybody can take up the responsibility to construct single room or a group of people/family members jointly share any segment/portion of the building.
  
• There is also a provision to complete the school building in different phase keeping in view the liquidity of the financial resources.
  
• The constructed school can be named by any of donor’s loving one as a symbol of continuous charity.
  
• After the submission of MOU, A complete construction plan would be sent to the donor with a tentative time frame.
  
• The donor would be updated about the building program on regular basis. However one would select any mode to monitor or evaluate the process.

The cost of the school varies according to the material used, location of the site and price-hike.

Building construction is a very difficult and complex process and it consists of many steps including the purchase & transfer of land. At the same time construction requires a great effort to maintain transparency which is our core objective. So LACD maximize transparency by.

Making a local supervisory committee consisting of at least three persons including Principal and DMS
Contacting with three masons and getting quotations

In purchasing different items i.e. bricks, Cement, Sand, Iron etc.We take quotations and entertain the quotations performing well in terms of quality, rate and expenses basis ground.

Bills of purchased items are attested by supervisory committee and bills with out signature of at least two members are not accepted.

Objectives

• Design and execute construction plan where resources are offered for building.
  
• Develop liaison with donors who adopted same school three times and convince them for construction of building.
  
• Transfer of land on the name of Trust (Ghazali Education Trust)
